Have a floor coating-related question? Epoxy Proz have the answer. Check out these FAQs and give us a call today for more information!

  • What's the lifetime of the floor?

Our floor coatings are engineered to endure for a minimum of 10 to 20 years, with the exact lifespan depending on usage intensity and maintenance practices.
  • Do you use polyurea coatings?

We do not utilize polyurea coatings for the base layer. Instead, our process involves applying a moisture-mitigating, two-component, 100% solid epoxy primer to achieve superior results.
  • What is the difference between your floor coating system and a one-day garage floor coating system?

Our system employs a moisture-mitigating epoxy primer applied directly to concrete, providing enhanced moisture resistance and a seamless finish. One-day systems typically use polyurea and may not adhere directly to concrete, potentially compromising long-term durability and moisture protection.
  • How long until I can walk on my floor?

Under ideal conditions, you may walk on your newly coated floor after 24 hours. However, the coating reaches its full cure and maximum durability after a 72-hour period.
